The Demolition Process

STEP 1
Once we have received your signed quotation, we contact you with instructions and information on what we require from you to complete the requested demolition permit, and depending on what kind of demolition you have booked will determine the amount of information we require. We give assistance where required throughout the demolition process.
We start to compile all of the paperwork we require to lodge to council on your behalf, and lodge these forms online when all required information has been received.

STEP 2
Swift demolition experienced staff arrange for the rat baiting and asbestos assessment ready for the demolition permit application and other abolishment of services such as power/gas/sewer as required on your behalf free of charge. We guide you through the whole process. Once the demolition permit has been received from the Council, we arrange a site meeting with you to finalise the full scope of works prior to the demolition starting.

STEP 3
After the site meeting, temporary fences are erected, asbestos removal and clearance certificate are completed, then we book in the demolition machinery to complete the demolition. We rake the block 750 - 800mm leaving the block clean and ready for other site works to take place. We then lodge the completion of demolition form to the council, including notification of any septic tanks/soak wells/leach drains, which is the final step in our service to you.
